Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) at Lansdowne Children's Centre work with clients on communication skills in Brantford, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk counties, Six Nations of the Grand River and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. SLPs can be part of HITS integrated health teams, work in centre or virtually, and in the community.

 


Responsibilities: Provide assessment, treatment and consultation for children and youth with communication, physical and/or developmental delays or disorders.


Qualifications:

  • Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent

  • Currently registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.


Experience:

  • Preferred: Extensive paediatric experience of at least 2 years in providing service with a special needs population.

  • Minimum: Previous work experience with children with special needs and/or paediatric placement during training.


Other:

  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation are required

  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination


Start Date: Immediately


Salary Range: $35.30 to 40.12/hour
