AUTISM SERVICES - HN REACH

Behavioural Services age 6 and older

There are a range of evidence based services and programs offered to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families with in a family-centred and flexible manner. The approach is collaborative and based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis.

Goal Based ABA - 6 years and older

*We recommend you first consider your regional provider, Haldimand and Norfolk REACH. Brantford/Brant County - Haldimand/Norfolk County - Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation - Six Nations of the Grand River - Other Region of Ontario

REFERRALS

1A) Contact Haldimand-Norfolk REACH. 1 B) A Doctor's ASD diagnosis is required. You are not required to be registered with OAP. (We recommended registering with OAP). 2) Complete an online referral form, OR call SmartStart Hub at 519.753.3153 x507.
