1) Registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP)
2) Child is has not yet enrolled in school and is under the age for grade one.

REFERRALS
1) An invitation letter from the OAP/Provincial Ministry is required.
2) After receiving your letter please call SmartStart Hub at 519.753.3153 x507 to connect with Autism Services.
