What you'll do

The Engagement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing donor relations, gift processing, and engagement activities to ensure accurate records, adherence to donor intent, and timely acknowledgements. The role manages donor databases, reporting, and data integrity while supporting fundraising events and sponsorships. In addition, the position provides leadership through staff supervision, coaching, and performance management, fostering an inclusive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and occupational health and safety requirements.

Education, Qualifications and Certifications

Post-secondary College Diploma in fundraising, marketing, nonprofit management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience and Knowledge

• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in fundraising, marketing, or the nonprofit sector.

• Previous experience supervising staff is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience with donor databases such as DonorPerfect or Raiser’s Edge is considered an asset.

• Demonstrated understanding of and alignment with Lansdowne Children’s Centre’s mission, vision, and values.
