Job Title: Registered Behaviour Analyst

Salary Range: $38.31 to 43.53

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized ABA programs.

  • Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support and treatment plans.

  • Provide caregiver coaching, parent training, and family support.

  • Supervise and mentor Autism Therapists, RBTs, and BCaBAs.

  • Analyze clinical data and prepare progress reports.

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.

  • Ensure compliance with CPBAD standards, ministry requirements, and organizational      policies.

Education, Qualifications and Certifications

· Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behaviour Analysis, or a related field.

· Current RBA certification.

· Minimum 4 years of experience supporting children and youth with ASD.

· Experience in assessment, treatment planning, staff coaching, and parent training.

· Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills.

Experience and Knowledge

· At least two years of clinical experience involving assessment, treatment planning, consultation, and parent coaching.

· Experience supervising RBTs, BCaBAs, or other clinical staff.

· Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.

· Workshop facilitation and training experience.

· Demonstrated understanding of and alignment with Lansdowne Children’s Centre’s mission, vision, and values.
