A SmartStart Hub referral will begin your process to register with Autism Services at Lansdowne Children's Centre. Anyone can submit a referral.
Connect with AccessOAP
Registering with AccessOAP, Ontario Autism Program, is an important step that can connect your family to funding opportunities, caregiver supports, services, and resources to help your child thrive. Early registration helps ensure you receive important updates and can access supports as they become available.

Once you are registered with Lansdowne Autism Services, you can contact a Family Support Worker (FSW) with questions or for assistance with setting up your AccessOAP account.

AccessOAP and Lansdowne Autism Sevices are two seperate programs. Registering for one does not automatically register you for the other. Lansdowne team members do not have access to your AccessOAP portal or information, and cannot influence your AccessOAP resources.
Important Information About AccessOAP
• Families are solely responsible for regularly monitoring their AccessOAP Portal and managing all matters related to Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding, eligibility, reconciliations, and service notifications.
• Lansdowne Children’s Centre does not have access to the AccessOAP Portal and cannot view, verify, modify, or influence application statuses, funding decisions, invitations, eligibility determinations, or other portal information.
• All OAP-related questions should be directed to your OAP Care Coordinator, via your AccessOAP portal.
