#3  Are you registered for the Ontario Autism Program?

You must fill out and submit the Ontario Autism Program registration form, provided by the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (the Ministry).

  • Your child or youth must meet the program eligibility criteria to be registered.

  • Contact the Ministry’s central intake and registration team (CIRT) by emailing oap@ontario.ca or calling

You do not need to register again if you have previously registered your child for the Ontario Autism Program.
