No diagnosis or doctor referral is required. SmartStart Hub at Lansdowne Children's Centre is your one-stop solution for connecting with services and supports for communication, developmental and physical concerns in the Grand Erie district.
There is NO COST to the family for accessing SmartStart Hub services, supports and resources.

🔄 How Referrals Are Processed
📌 Referrals are reviewed based on priority needs
📧 Automated notification emails are sent to:
• The person who submits the referral
• The Primary Contact listed on the form
⏭️ What Happens Next?
📞 The Primary Contact (must be a legal guardian) will receive a call from our SmartStart Hub within approximately 90 days of submission.
💬 During the call, we will:
• Learn more about your concerns
• Share other supports the child may be eligible for
• Help connect you to the right community agency if Lansdowne doesn’t provide the needed service
