No diagnosis or doctor referral is required. Lansdowne Children's Centre is a one-stop solution for connecting with resources, services and supports for communication, developmental and physical concerns.
Expectations
The onlinfe referral form collects your details and informs our conversation about your referral. Referral forms are securely, electronically submitted to Intake Services.
If Lansdowne does not provide a needed service, our staff will inform you of the appropriate community agency for the service.
