Ahead of Autism Awareness Day on April 2, Stacey Muller offered mini photo sessions at her Brantford studio for a minimum donation of $20 for Lansdowne Children’s Centre.
After the fundraiser, Stacey wrote on social media, “Because of YOU, we raised $600 in our very first year – and that’s something to be proud of. This wasn’t just about photos or sessions… it was about showing up, supporting families, and contributing to something that truly matters in our community.”
Stacey said the fundraiser will be returning next year, “bigger, better, and with one goal: to beat $600 and make an even greater impact. We hope to see you all again.”
Lynda Henriksen, Director of Development and Community Relations for Lansdowne Children’s Centre, had previously called Stacey’s fundraiser “a heartfelt, meaningful initiative … a beautiful testament to the power of community and the deeply personal connections formed between families and the staff at Lansdowne Children's Centre. Seeing a parent turn their personal journey into a beacon of hope and support for others is truly inspiring.”
