AUTISM SERVICES

Caregiver-Mediated Early Years Program

These play-based and child-led programs are no cost to the family and designed for young children, ages 12 months to 48 months. We build caregivers’ capacity to support their child’s skill development with strategies that may help their young children learn new skills and meet individual goals.

Entry to School

Families registered with OAP are selected and invited by the government agency to participate in this program. The Entry to School program was introduced as a bridge to kindergarten for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Foundational Family Services

FREE resources, services and supports to work with your child and participate in their learning and development. Foundational Family Services provide access to Clinics, Webinars and Info Sharing.

AUTISM SERVICES

Goal-Based ABA Therapy, Birth to 18 years old

Fee for Service - use your OAP funding or personal funds - Goal Based ABA therapy focuses on the unique, specific goals of your child that can be addressed in 1 - 8 hours per week. Depending on your goal(s), service can be delivered in multiple ways, with an emphasis on parent/caregiver training/consultation.

AUTISM SERVICES

Intensive ABA Therapy, Birth to 12 years old

Fee for Service - use your OAP funding or personal funds - Intensive ABA therapy treatment is 6+ hours and/or a minimum of 3 scheduled appointments per week. Treatment is primarily provided at a 1:1 - child to therapist - ratio, with daily opportunities for interaction and play with peers.

AUTISM SERVICES, RESPITE

Respite Services, Autism Spectrum Diagnosis (ASD)

Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD) Respite supports children to age 18 with a confirmed ASD diagnosis. Support can include 1:1 help working on the child's goals, or to give family relief. Can be used to purchase other forms of respite.

Facilitates peer-to-peer mentoring, education, support and networking opportunities, in one-to-one and group events, for families of Lansdowne infant, child and youth clients.
