Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 support to children and youth with special needs either in the community or their home. Support provided at various times dependent on individual parent requests, but generally 2-4 hours a week per contract. Depending on the program, Support Workers must be flexible to work varying hours per week, including evening and weekends.
Location: Brantford, Brant County, and Six Nations of the Grand River

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Education: Preferred – Post-secondary school diploma in Human Services (ECE, DSW, CYW, etc.) but equivalent experience with children with special needs is also considered.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses)
