These play-based and child-led programs for young children, ages 12 months to 48 months, aim to build caregivers’ capacity to support their child’s skill development by teaching strategies that may help their young children learn new skills and meet individual goals. This program helps children develop school-readiness skills and provides transition supports as they enter kindergarten or Grade 1 for the first time.
