The Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Regional Cancer Program’s Mobile Cancer Screening Coach is coming to Lansdowne Children’s Centre’s Brantford site to offer mammograms and cervical screenings on site, as well as help accessing an at-home poop test to screen for colon cancer, and resources to help quit smoking. The coach is available for both Lansdowne staff and client parents/ caregivers. You can schedule your appointment ahead of time, or drop in on the day of (drop in appointments are subject to availability). If you need childcare during your appointment, please contact Renee Cochrane (RCochrane@lansdownecc.com) by Friday, September 12 at 3 p.m. to make arrangements. To access the services, you will need to present either your OHIP or Interim Federal Health Benefits card.
