Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Salary Range: $38.31 to 43.54/hour

What you'll do
· Provide and document accurate assessment for clients referred to Lansdowne
· Establish and implement a goal-oriented treatment plan, in cooperation with the family and, if appropriate, other service providers
· Provide and facilitate the attaining of appropriate equipment through recognized resources
· Provide support to parents, childcare centres and schools in the form of education where appropriate
· Provide treatment services in accordance with best practices, department practice and LCC policy.
· Follows health and safety policies, programs and procedures
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Qualifications and Certifications
• Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology
• Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech –Language Pathologists of Ontario
Experience and Knowledge
• Experience working with clients who have special needs
• Extensive paediatric experience of at least 2 years in providing service with a special needs population.
• Demonstrate ability to work within a family-centered approach
• Proof of immunizations or willingness to obtain
