Be a Hero for Kids – Volunteer at the Heroes Walk & Roll!
Lansdowne Children’s Centre is calling on community members to be heroes for kids at the Heroes Walk & Roll, happening Saturday, October 4 in Brant Park. This inspiring event celebrates families of children who have physical, communication and/or developmental challenges, raising funds for support programs and services — and you can be part of it!
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the day unforgettable. It’s a fantastic opportunity for high school students to earn 3–4 hours of volunteer time while making a meaningful impact. It's also a great time for past Lansdowne staff and client families to reconnect with Lansdowne Children's Centre and support another generation of community kids. Whether you're cheering on participants, helping with setup, or assisting with activities, you’ll be a hero with kids, for kids.
