Lansdowne Children’s Centre and Brant Food for Thought are thrilled to announce they have been selected as the 2026 local charity recipients of the Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign, with support from 19 Tim Hortons restaurants across the Brantford area. 

Brantford’s loudest fundraiser is back and ready to roar. The 22nd running of the Charity Motorcycle Ride for Lansdowne Kids, presented by Ensuring Brant, will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, launching from a brand-new location: the Airport Community Hall, 3 Airport Road in Brantford.

“The touch quilts were certainly trendy,” Sue said, adding, “With touch quilts, our focus … would be for a sensory experience.” The quilters would incorporate a range of fabrics in these projects so as to have multiple textures: silky, smooth, rough, bumpy, etc.
