Family Engagement Services and the Quality Management Council at Lansdowne Children's Centre have opened the 2026 Client Satisfaction Survey on March 2, inviting all client families to participate in sharing their experiences receiving services and support from Lansdowne Children's Centre for child development.
15 minutes today to create meaningful change tomorrow.
The annual survey is made up of two parts, and provides measures for the quality of service delivery and client experience.
The survey is being made available to all client families online, and paper copies are available on request from Lansdowne Reception or a Lansdowne Service Provider.
Client families are also able to download and print the form online using the link below. Through use of the Google Translate online service, users are also able to translate the printable PDF document to an alternative language of their choosing. Printed documents should be returned to a Lansdowne site reception or service provider, in an envelope,
Google Translate services are also available online to reference questions and multiple-choice answers in preferred languages.
Lansdowne Executive Director, Rita-Marie Hadley, shared, "The Client Satisfaction Survey is offered to all Lansdowne client families by e-mail and through promotional efforts including posters, prints and social media awareness." She cotinued, saying
"By sharing your experience you help us to see Lansdowne services through your eyes and recognize new opportunities to do better."
A chance to win a $25 grocery gift card
Lansdowne is offering incentive to client families to participate in the survey experience. A draw for up to 10 grocery gift cards, each valued at $25.00 CAD, will be made from eligible submissions and awarded to lucky survey participants. Draws are randomly selected each work day. Participating in the draw does not affect the anonymity of your survey response. All survey responses are anonymous unless you choose to self-identify.
Draw winners will be contacted personally and announced on Lansdowne social media channels. One prize per person.
This year's survey builds on the work of the 2025 Family Advisory Council, who worked to refine the language and organization of questions in the first part of the survey, and to continue to improve accessibility.
A survey in two parts
1) The Client Satisfaction survey helps us understand your experience at Lansdowne, recognize areas of strength, and identify opportunities to improve services. The questions were developed in partnership with the Lansdowne Family Advisory Council (FAC).
2) The Measure of Processes of Care (MPOC) survey is a standard evaluation tool that helps us understand what you think of the care that is provided at our Children’s Treatment Centre. To learn more about MPOC, please click here
Please submit your survey response by no later than 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026.
