Lansdowne Calls For Heroes, Fundraiser

The sixth annual Heroes Walk and Roll is a great way to enjoy a day with your kids being heroes.

Brantford, ON - Assemble your Hero Squad and join the Heroes Walk and Roll fundraiser in support of Lansdowne Children's Centre.

The sixth edition of the family fun fair in Brant Park (Brantford) is the largest yet, with an exciting list of attraction, activities and performances that will be part of the day, including over 20 local vendors!

Families are encouraged to register online as a fundrasing team or individual, and are able to customize a personal online pledge collection page to feature their own photo and messaging. Fundraising links are easily shared in social media. A printable pledge collection document is also provided to fundraisers by e-mail when they register to fundraise online.

The Heroes Walk and Roll family fun fair is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th in Brant Park, Brant Conservation Area at 119 Jennings Road in Brantford. The event will open at 11:00 a.m. and park entry and parking are included in registration. Participants can pre-purchase tickets online, and fundraisers can earn a FREE family pass (2 adults, 4 kids) when they raise at least $50.00 in pledges.
